How do I sign up for your services ?
Pets Orbit LLP is a Singapore firm offering customized dog walking&pet sitting services. In order to avail our services kindly give us a call /drop an email and we will set up a 'complimentary meeting'. This session is free-of -charge and it helps us familiarize with your pet, his/her daily routine/ habits/ medications/ feeding schedule/ and any diatery or exercise needs .
Who will be walking /sitting my pet?
Pets Orbit's walkers and sitters are people in your community with pet handling experience. Our walkers are passionate animal lovers with a serious dedication to safety and and well-being of your pet . Many have been life long dog walkers, vet nurse and techs, shelter volunteers and foster parents.
Do you screen your walkers/ sitters? Is my pet in safe hands?
Yes! Trust and safety are our top priorities. Compassion and empathy forms the crux of the walker's/ sitter's persona. We only select the best to become walkers and sitters for Pets Orbit. We thoroughly vet and test all our walkers/sitters on pet-handling experience to ensure you get top quality people you can trust, and feel comfortable with walking /sitting your pet. In order words, we offer 'curated walkers and sitters' to take care of your furry baby.
Can the same walker / sitter come to my place each session, so my dog gets used to him/her?
We always try to assign the same walker /sitter. However contingencies might come up such as walker/ sitter is not well, family emergency etc. In that case we shall strive our best to assign the best suited temporary walker/sitter.
Will you provide a written service contract spelling out the services ?
Yes - a detailed contract will be provided enlightening the extent/ nature/ description and terms and conditions of services . There is NO minimum service period and you can cancel anytime. (Provided you give us 24 hours notice before the scheduled service)
What if I'm not home?
You can leave key with neighbors/ mailbox/ security or you can leave special instructions for the walker/sitter if you have a preferred method of entry.
When should I give you the key ?
It is most convenient if you provide us with the key at the initial introductory session.If you are not able to do so at the time of the interview then we charge a $10 key pick-up fee.

There will be NO charges /cancellation fee provided you notify us 24 hours before the scheduled service.
What happens when it rains?
If we are servicing at the time of inclement weather, the we will try to carry out the Owner’s instructions to the best of our ability. However, the service schedule may be changed, interrupted or altered due to circumstances. The sitter/walker will notify the Owner of any changes. If usual walk cannot be carried out due to rain then the walker shall provide companionship/ playtime (cuddles, belly rub, ear scratches etc.), simple training to keep pet(s) engaged and entertained for the assigned duration at client's home.
How is payment handled?
Daily dog walks are billed at the start of the month. In case of one-time / ad-hoc full amount has to be paid in advance. Only Bank transfer accepted. The account details are mentioned in the contract.
Do you have any discount/ promotion when signing up for the services ?
Yes, we do ! Signing up for a package i.e. 10 sessions of either walk or sit entitles client overall discount of 5%. Also first time service client gets a coupon discount of 10% off for first purchase of products.
How to avail the 10% discount coupon ?
The coupon of 10% off applies to first time service client signing up for package. We shall email the coupon code to the email address provided by client. This code has to be entered at the time of checkout. Coupon code is valid for a month from the date sent via email. Can be used only for first time purchase. Delivery fee applies for orders less than $65.
What areas do you cover for Dog- Walking & Pet - Sitting?
Our services are available islandwide. However , kindly contact us 2-3 days in advance , so that we can accomodate your request.
We do NOT provide service at :
Khusu Island, Sentosa, Tuas, Pulau Ubin, St.John's Island, Changi Airport, Pulau Tekong and any area restricted or prohibited to pubic access (by law).
What are the types of pets you provide sitting for ?
We sit all breeds of dogs, cats, rabbits (bunnies), hamsters, birds, fishes and chickens.
What if my dog has special requirements?
No problem. At Pets Orbit we comit to offer your pet a customized service. You can pass onto any special needs arrangements your dog requires when you meet the walker/ sitter during the complimentary meet-up session.
How do I know how the session was ? Do you provide a report?
Yes! We provide a hand written report after every session pointing out the the pet's routine , feeding pattern, behavior, his/her happy time and also put in our comments and notes that we believe is related to the well being of the pet and hence should be notified to the owner.
Do you walk my dog with other people's dogs?
No, we don't pack walk your dog with other dogs, or do group discounts. Pets Orbit is customized pet walking service and we only serve one customer at a time.
What if I have more than one dog ?
If you have more than one dog in your household, we will walk all of them together upon request. We offer discount for each additional pet.
What if a walker/ sitter asks me to book outside of Pets Orbit?
Sessions of either walks or sits (both day and overnight) booked outside of Pets Orbit will NOT be covered by T&C of contract. You should report any walker/ sitter who tries to create a side-arrangement.
Do you charge a holiday fee ?
We do charge a small additional fee over the major national holidays. We will let you know this at the time you book service.
