Order & Delivery Guidelines

What if my product(s) is out -of-stock?
We will either inform you when the product is expected to arrive or recommend you the next best replacement.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
We will try out best to deliver within 1-2 days of your placing the order. Delivery 10 hours : 8am- 6pm.
There will be NO disruption in order processing as we work on eve of public holidays, on all public holidays including weekends.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is FREE for all orders $65 0r above. For delivery below $65 there is a charge of $9.
How to avail the 10% discount coupon ?
The coupon of 10% off applies to first time service client signing up for package. We shall email the coupon code to the email address provided by client. This code has to be entered at the time of checkout. Coupon code is valid for a month from the date sent via email. Can be used only for first time purchase. Delivery fee applies for orders less than $65.
What if I have an urgent requirement or preferred delivery timing ?
Incase your need is urgent ,we will take every posiible step to meet the need. For any special request such as delivery timing / delivery slot you can let us now by SMS or call us at 9499 3409/ 9188 1370, email us at or get in touch with us through the 'contact' page in the 'About Us' section.
Which are the areas you deliver?
We deliver islandwide.
However, we do NOT deliver to :
Khusu Island, Sentosa, Tuas, Pulau Ubin, St.John's Island, Changi Airport, Pulau Tekong and any area restricted or prohibited to pubic access (by law).
What if I am not at home when you come to deliver?
We suggest you adjust the delivery timing so that you are available as we encourage the buyer to inspect the goods and check for defects before accepting the order.
In case you are not availble, you might :
Authorise your family member, neighbour or friend to accept the delivery.
Please note that if no-one is available to receive the order than Pets Orbit reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of $10.
What mode of payment do you accept ?
We accept all types of credit cards and debit cards. Customers can also pay via paypal.
*** DURING CHECK-OUT VIA PAYPAL /CREDIT/ DEBIT CARD KINDLY ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IN THE BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You can do so without incurring any penalties by informing us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. You can contact us at 65-9499 3409/ 9188 1370 ,email us at or get in touch with us through the 'contact' page in the 'About Us' section.
In case you fail to inform us within the stipulated time ,than 30% cancellation fee of the total order amount and any delivery charges ,if applicable (that is ,if the order has already been disatched) will apply.
*** In case of all cancellations, the transaction fee will not be refunded.
What is your return policy?
We will exchange item(s) due to manufacturer's defects ONLY.
Item(s) should be in their original packaging and condition (unsused & unspoilt) ,along with original receipt ,as proof of purchase.
Items(s) can be exchanged within 7days of purchase.
Due to the safety and the quality concern supplements cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Will you re-pack my kibble?
No, we do NOT re-pack goods as :
Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) advises that repacking of pet foods may result in the following:
(i) render the loss of traceability of the pet food which can be crucial in times of pet food recall.
(ii) the loss of wholesomeness and freshness during the repacking process.
(iii) the risk of contamination during the repacking process.
Moreover, re-packing also renders all exchange and refund as null & void.
